“I started by trying to change the bird. Eventually, I realised I had to change myself first.”
After experiencing severe burnout, Fares Boustanji began a personal search for a different way of leading, communicating, and creating impact. That journey led him to Spain, where he developed a unique leadership methodology based on direct feedback from birds of prey.
Today, Fares works with executives, entrepreneurs, leadership teams, and professionals worldwide, helping them develop greater self-awareness, authentic presence, and sustainable leadership.
